Teenzee Return & Refund Policy


1. Returns & Refunds We strive to provide the highest quality apparel. Currently, we only accept returns and issue refunds for items that have a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team immediately to initiate the return process.


2. Size Exchanges If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to process an exchange for you. Please note that for all size exchanges, the customer is responsible for bearing the full shipping and exchange delivery fees.


3. Refund Processing & Timelines Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued based on your original payment method:

  • Visa / Credit Card: Refunds processed via Visa or credit card will take up to 21 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Cash Refunds: For cash refunds, the amount will only be issued and transferred to you after the returned product has reached our facility and passed inspection.
