Teenzee Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or national holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed, but we will notify you immediately.

Standard Delivery: 5-5 working days.

Business Days: Our standard working days are Sunday through Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are not considered working days for shipping and delivery purposes.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message (via email or SMS) containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
